Temperatures are high there. I expect several Cardinals homers. None for the Reds. Eh, one. In the ninth, down by 12.

The CardsZone act is *already* getting incredibly grating, again.

Brewers led the Pirates by five, but the Bucs got four runs. 5-4 Brewers now.

    DBacks play the Padres later.

I think it's just the fact that he was part of their bullpen implosion in April. At one point he had a 8 or so ERA. He trimmed it back in may a bit but has been turning it up since June.

    You'll hear it's fluky.

It's talent, patience, merciless, merciless, AL-like patience.

I hate that the Reds have an NL hitting philosophy with an AL team consistently in front of us.

Reds with two hits, no runs in each inning so far.

Maybe they can be shut out on 18 hits tonight.

Right, .17 points above the past high since 1975 and there's no luck involved.

Sometimes I see things in a game and I wonder if anyone else saw it.

When Cozart got on 1st last inning, he turned and said something to the 1b ump. The ump nodded and touched the bill of his cap. I wondered what that was about.

I don't think anyone is denying reality, but you sure as hell are "enhancing" it.
