Oh I wasn't being negative on the Reds offense. I just love to see them get the first punches in against the Birdies and want the haymaker.

Well, we pounded him last time out and they blamed it on the fact that Yadier wasn't in there. What will they use today? :O)
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner
    Hamilton ROY & GG

    Take your pick:
The balls were too scuffed up.
    Smoke from the fireworks.
There's something wrong with the mound.

When Choo hits a HR off of Waino, you know there must be something wong with him.

Carpenter doubles. Cards on the board.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Bunting in the 3rd inning when you're down 4-1? Uh, what?

Nah, they've been used. If nothing else, the Cards at least complain about something new everytime. :O)

4-2 on a Holliday sac fly.

Pssh, just look at their numbers for their careers. Votto is no Matt Carpenter.
