    I want to make a joke about agreeing with Chris about Thom playing with dangerous chemicals, but there's no way to do it without being too dark.

    I agree that making outs is always a bad thing, but if they don't bunt the runner over, that run never scores. I'm torn.

    Yeah, you never know...tough one. The only thing I'd say is assuming the run wouldn't have scored is to assume Jay wouldn't have gotten a base hit....which, for the most part, Jay has been solid against the Reds. Having said that...the sac worked and the Cards chipped away.
