At the end of the day if you score a run in the 1st with first and third and nobody out, you likely win the game.

He needs to have them try to bunt in extra innings....they've only tried 23 times.

    Good game, Chris.

    Heisey batting 5th is gold!
Yes that was a very impressive infield single. I thought for a second it was leaving the yard. - texasdave 10/13/12

Watching Heisey bat at the end and start of consecutive innings should be considered cruel and unusual punishment. God he's awful.

The trade to send Chris Heisey packing this offseason is the one I look forward to the most.

    Yikes.
Hugs, smiling, and interactive Twitter accounts, don't mean winning baseball. Until this community understands that we are cursed to relive the madness.

Maybe not, but wouldn't that mean both Heisey and Choo were asleep at the wheel?

It's difficult to make 2 outs in the same at bat...unless your name is Chris Heisey.

Heisey runs into a homer every once in awhile. But he really can't hit. It's time for the Reds to get a different player, somebody with maybe less power but who makes steady contact and walks occasionally.
