With full realization that noone should give a s++t about two requests I'd make:

    1. This is a seriously big boy kind of game. Can we be big boys, with big bats, and win this? The follow on reverberations could be kind of significant as we prepare to hold our own versus LA and then bulldoze the laggard teams.

    2. JV, can you be tonight's hero? I, and undoubtedly many others, would really, really appreciate that. That 0 for 7 is forgiven and forgotten. Win this for us, ok?

Tony with two nice first outs.

JV works the count full and takes the BB. We're already making serious progress relative to last night.

And, quoting the broadcast team quoting Matheny on last night's game, "That might have been the biggest win of the year."

To that, I say f++k Matheny. Tonight's going to be their biggest loss of the year. Please?

    Sacks juiced for Frazier.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Man, that's not a good start. C'mon Frazier! Terrrible AB. Need JV and JB to come alive in this one if we're going to do anything.

I don't have a "bad feeling" per se but now I'm a bit nervous also.
