If Nats hold on tonight they will be six back, but only five back in the loss column.

I take nothing for granted in this race.

    Home run Castillo, 8-0 ballgame.

Thom has his "I am being patient" big boy voice going tonight.

I predict a major Thom diatribe and rant before the game is over.

    Where's my Woodford Reserve?

I applaud Dusty for getting Hamilton and Robinson in....but I'd replace the entire lineup quite honestly and go for the win tomorrow. I'm a little worried he's going to put a crap lineup out there.

There is absolutely no way Baker will be playing a lot of backups tomorrow.

    Embarrassing.
"I talked to an advance scout that told me if Joey Votto and Albert Pujols were on the same team he'd advise his team to do the unthinkable...pitch around Votto to get to Pujols." - Buster Olney, ESPN

See now this is the night I wish there was a football game on, not two nights ago.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.
