Totally true but, at the end of the day, Latos wants what we all want. Division championship or, at least, the PS oppy. And we'll all get that.

Nights like tonight are absolutely key if we're going to have any shot at the division.

For the love of of god, let's get some runs across the damn plate!

And you know he and Dallas are well aware of it...

That is, unless we were to totally collapse and, I'm sorry, just don't see that happening though I know, I know...some of you are really concerned.

Cubs are up over the Bucs.

Ms are up over the Cards.

We're only down by 2. Can we get some hitting now? A little offense. A few runs? Thanks so much.
I hear you and hope you're right. But where I'm not sure is that teams sometimes take on a new character down the stretch.

The Nats have been unreliable but are on fire right now. They will be 22-9 in their last games after tonight. They are playing with passion, Werth, Zimmerman are hitting big time.

Hope you're right that they will start to lose soon and the Reds will play better.

This team will need to win a 1 game playoff on the road to advance.

3 good plays by Brewers in that very low pitch count inning.

Schaffer ran through that ball like Ludwick can only dream about.

Some tough luck that inning. 2 smoked liners...snagged by the corners.

    We'll break through.

kc, you're like my special project here. love you longtime, my friend but you worry too much.

The Nats are not going to steamroll the Braves and Cards like they have those NL titans the Fish and Mets. But, the Big Idea is this: it doesn't even matter if they run the table unless we suddenly lost a boatload of games.

So yeah, we need to "play better." Let's have a little faith they will. They have more than enough talent. They'll be fine. We'll be fine. At least into the post-season. Beyond that, no promises. Just hope.

Are we going to lose the season series to the Brewers? Shameful if we do.

No hits since Cozart's 2nd inning single. Only run on a bases loaded, no out force play.

Latos ranks 24th in MLB in run support. Best on the team.

The Reds have three game series against the Astros and Mets. If the Reds want to be in any kind of playoff they will have to make hay in those series.

Anyone counting on the Reds to dominate the Pirates series is engaged in wishful thinking.
