Reynolds pitches well against AAA lineups.

    Altuve doesn't give in.

Reynolds with a scoreless first. 2-0 Redlegs after 1.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I agree with the sentiment this is basically a AAA lineup that Reynolds is facing tonight (Carter is the epitome of a AAAA first baseman). Nonetheless, for being on the safe side, sure would be nice to see the Reds put up another 10 runs tonight.

    Deja vu takes 2!

(I am promoting the nickname of déjà vu for billy because of the history of the name, plus it's the same thing all over again, if he's on first... He's on 2d.)

The scouting reports were right on Hamilton, he can't get on first base -- he just goes straight to second.

Is it just me or does the "crowd noise" (kind of a buzz or something) sound really loud compared to the last two nights?
