Because if BP does not act stupid BH would he on 3rd when Joey hit his fly ball. Which BH would have scored on

Not a fan of giving outs away with the MIDDLE OF THE LINEUP up to bat. Just a joke of a sequence, sorry. Say it with me:

    Bunting is Bad.

Odds of Hamilton stealing third are probably greater than Datdude laying down a successful bunt. Votto swinging at the first pitch was mind boggling. 3 strikes 16 balls. We need #17 here

The bunt was the right choice there.
What about trying to have Choo bunt Hamilton bunt to 2nd?

I am not a dusty basher. If the reds lose this game it is completely on him. That was a clown call, bro.
You are in the 9th inning with a pretty good closer. You play for a run to win the game. This is on Phillips, not Dusty. Hopefully the Astros are about to walk in a run to let Phillips off the hook.

We just don't agree. BP could hit a grounder DP. Get Billy to third the game is in your hands. He scores on almost anything.

    That was ball 4. Jesus.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
