*whew* nicely done Sean. Outside of that first pitch, curveball looked pretty tight. GREAT sign.

If Ludwick gets on, do you bring on Billy?

Yeah but the whole debate is kind of silly since nobody is going to strike out intentionally. So it doesn't really change anyone's behavior to say that a K is better than a DP.

Nice inning by Marshall, I think Mr. Duke had better not plan on the post-season roster. In fact, I'd be suprised if Zach pitches for the Reds again except in a mop up situation.

    Let's get something going here.

Yes. No brainer. Even if the run isn't a tying run, him being on will get into the pitcher's head.

No. Save Billy for the tying or go ahead run.

    Luddy singles
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

No, need Hamilton NOW. Ludwick is too slow.

Thought Bruce would have a bloop hit for a second there

I vote that Jay makes the Hamilton issue moot by hitting a HR.
