1 shy of the team record now. Methinks that record is going down.

I started the season down on Mez, he has showed me some things this year, but hasn't taken the job from Hanny. That's what he needs to do!
I agree with that. Mez just happens to be the topic of this conversation and I'm not really defending him. I will say, I think some players do get jobs handed to them....especially veterans

I've always been curious what it means to be a 'player's manager'....maybe it should be 'veteran player's manager'.

I'd walk Votto too with Ludwick behind him. I understand Dusty wants to boost him, but we gotta postseason to make here.

What does Leake have to do? Pretty solid this year. Just being devils advocate.
The whole staff has been very solid all year. Hard to leave anyone out!

Does anyone (besides Dusty) think the Reds are better with Ludwick in the game than Billy Hamilton?

Honest question: is Ludwick the worst cleanup hitter in baseball this year?

It's about Luddy's self esteem...Dusty does not want to hurt feelings. I know you can't change the line up in the middle of the game but you sure as hell can tomorrow....we will see...

Good contact by both Ludwick and Bruce, but just flyouts.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

No. But shoulder injuries take forever to heal.
