Get used to it Reds fans. There will be another whole year of a black hole in LF. They have too much invested in him. He must play!

They are going to the playoffs though, so...
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

worst part of the 9th is now we could end up going 3,4,5 more innings and burn up the pen.
    Is it "next season" yet?

Do the Mets have anyone in their pen with a sub 4.00 ERA?

I'm ok with how Choo has played those balls tonight.

You take a chance and one gets by you, they run all day.

Pay attention to the open sky

They'll give him half a season, then they'll cut him loose, 300 abs and a .540 OPS.

It's seldom correct to make long term statements based on short term results.
