I bet the Reds players and Dusty have a strong distaste for Thom Brennaman! I know I do.

Had to leave for a while. Where is the Reds offense? 3 runs yesterday, and only 2 tonight.
Is this the offense we will get in the play in game?

Bottom nine coming up. Vic Black going for his first big league save. He was traded over in the Byrd/Buck deal if I recall.

    Reds with Bruce, Frazier, Cozart.

Bruce will HR, but then the next 3 guys will be out.

Reds will hit 2 home runs
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

What's bad luck? To mention a No-hitter? Oh, you mean the no-hitter that Wacha is throwing? Has he ever thrown a no-hitter before? I don't think the cards have had a no-hitter this year. Did I mention Wacha has a no-hitter going, I forget.

I don't have faith in Ondrusek anymore. He's got no stuff at all. He's a 95-mph straightball dead center of the plate waiting to happen.
Rounding third and heading for home...

I have never heard of Vic Black in my life.

    Paging Bud Smith...
"Man, the pitch looks fast, even in slow motion." Thom Brennaman on Chapman's fastball.

When did it become "no stuff" to have a 96 mph heater and a 79 mph change up and 82 mph slider?

In the unlikely chance that the Reds lose tonight, they will need a win tomorrow or they may need to sweep the Bucs to get home field.
