Miserable article, sure, but I'm not sure people who get their news from Gawker have thaaaaaaaaaaaat much room to say anything.
I enjoy a great deal, though far from all, of the content on Grantland.

Is it Jonah Keri who contributes the baseball stuff on Grantland? Whoever it is, he's a pretty good writer. Plenty of other great places that focus more on baseball though. I find most of the other stuff on Grantland to be rubbish, but every once and again there is a gem. The article recently about the guy doing research on the origins of baseball springs to mind...

Definitely. Like the other poster above said, Gawker sucks. But I think it knows it sucks? Maybe that doesn't matter...
