Mets guys point out that now Votto is swinging at every pitch. They are laughing at Keith H for having changed Votto's approach with interview.

Votto obviously trying to go to left field here.

    1-2 count on him.

Also a comment that Votto has choked up and is crouching more this at bat.

    Flies to deep center.

He was a solid pitcher in Japan before he came to the USA and had some great years with the Red Sox but IIRC, he has had a few years of injury lately and I think that's how the Mets ended up with him.
LOL...I know who Dice K is. I was referring to the poster and his comment!

Phillips flies out. He seems to have no power these days.

Votto mad... Slammed helmet in dugout... couldn't read his lips, though.

Ahhhh, well that I can't help you with since I can never understand his posts and pretty much tune them out.
"I tried to play golf, but I found out I wasn't very good." -Joey Votto on his offseason hobby search

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

Choo and Votto got pitches to hit... but just didn't get enough. And BP is just awful lately.

Bad time for the offense to die. Dante Bichette announced he won't be returning to COL as hitting coach...maybe we can get him for next year.

Not sure if he's changed something...but he's been really good that past 3 or 4 starts.
