We need to work the counts in the bottom of the 8th. Dice K is at 95 pitches. Izturis works a count as long as he can so we can hopefully dip into their bullpen. Obviously, we cannot hit Dice K today. It is unbelievable that we are in this position, but you would think that our hitters would do more than pop up the first pitch.

I kind of like the idea of throwing games, just to force a Pirates-Cards tie & not have to face Liriano or Wainwright.
I'm sure I'll be called names for this.
The Reds IMO have the best roster in the division.
The Cards IMO deserve the division championship having played the best throughout the season.
