Man up, go out and beat someone. You just got shut out by Dice-K Matsuzaka and a bunch of guys who had nothing to play for. "Great teams" (Ludwick's words) don't do that.
Actually they are not. He was quoting someone.

Why do bad things happen to good teams? Because it is baseball.

He was insinuating that they're a great team.

Where's the playing for pride? You need fans to get you up for games like today and yesterday and this time of year something is sorely lacking. Just my opinion.

I have never been in Cincinnati during a playoff stretch, no I admit, I can't compare.

But I was in STL for a week during the playoffs (which the Cards were in) and it was amazing.

It isn't a baseball town. It's a football town with the aberration of the 70s. Get over it and win a world title. Players should be seen, paid, and not heard.

I'm sorry, why do we want to be more like Pittsburgh Pirate Fans?

He said they were a "good team". You made an extra effort to attribute "great team" to him. Needed a correction, no rebuttal necessary.

I believe you said the Mets had nothing to play for. Yet you talk about playing for pride for the Reds. It is a two way street.

Cincinnati? Thaaaaaat sounds off to me, I really wanna see that list before I believe that.

Either way, I don't believe Cincinnati isn't a baseball town, attendance numbers aside. The city supports the team.
They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

    HOW. DARE. HE.

I devote countless HOURS to criticizing, insulting, and being an overall pessimist toward this club and he has the NERVE to question my fandom???

    Ludwick didn't play today.
