I don't think MLB has ay rules about appropriate conduct after making a good play, throwing a good pitch, or hitting a HR, do they?

No unsportsmanlike conduct or a technical foul

And I've never heard of a guy getting ejected or fined for putting on a show when hitting a HR.

So what's to be done? Anything?

Pay attention to the open sky

Players could lobby for a rule. I hear their union is pretty powerful.
