Hope Cueto came back from the injuries like Redford in the Natural so he can supply his own offense...
Cueto, in my opinion, has the best composure of the Reds starters. I like the move too.
Just call me Legs
Makes Latos the #1 guy in the NLDS, I like it.
Is it "next season" yet?
Cueto gives the Reds the best chance to win. Saying that he had better pitch a shutout Tuesday and hope the offense scratch across a run. This offense is horrible now and they won't get much of anything against Liriano.

Oh man. All of these arm soreness conspiracy tweets are in a word: hilarious.
So they did give Latos the pat on the head, have a seat in the corner treatment.
Or one of Dusty or Fay is lying. Conspiracy?
Whatever the case, starting Cueto was the right choice the second it was clear he was healthy.
Why some here scoffed at the suggestion is just weird. Get em, Jonny. You're the truest pitcher on the staff and the one I know who won't mentally fray after one error or bad strike call.
She's good at this...
Let me leave it at this- people who are pissed at Dusty for not starting Mat and doubting arm soreness are silly.

Actually, it makes some sense. The Pirates haven't seen Cueto (if at all) as much as Latos, Bailey, Arroyo, and Leake. Fresh arm with experience. Heck, why not. Seems like only yesterday the Reds were throwing a guy off the injured list in the playoffs (Volquez) at the Phillies. Let's hope for better results.
The official story...
- Latos arm "barking"
- Arroyo's back bothered him Saturday
- Bailey's leg bothered him Friday.
I'd say they're definitely going with the fresh arm. Smart move, and Cueto has the career numbers at PNC to back it up.

Mat Latos' career is over?!?!?!
