    Interesting move for both. Giants limit risk on the years, but give him a higher AAV than his recent performance merits.
    Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    Wow! Huge overpay for what he has been the last couple years...
    99% of all numbers only tell 33% of the story so when looking at the numbers remember that numbers is plural...
