Bunting? We don't need no stinking bunting.

Only Uribe could have hit a pitch like that.....I mean he is the poster child of bad ball hitting, along with Vlad and a few others. You might as well just bounce it or throw it over his head....and he still might swing at it.

by giving the pujols bill the the angels the cards signed Molina, beltran and wainright and used the draft pick for Wacha

A's score 1 in the top of the first. I have nothing against Detroit, I'm just pulling for Oakland to win it all at this point.

The A's are just an awesome team. Built to win no matter what style or shape a game takes.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they won the title.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

This is silly, but I feel like sharing. Eckersley does a lot of Red Sox games and pre- and post-game shows, so he's on my tv talking to Orsillo and other NESN guys all the time. So, a few minutes ago, Buck says, "blah, blah, blah, Dennis," and I blanked on who he was talking to because no one ever calls him that, like I completely forgot he has a first name that isn't Eck.

Going into the bottom of the 5th, A's 3-0. Tigers haven't even had a hit yet, only getting on base once when Prince Fielder was HBP.

They have 3 hits now, 3 runs, too.

Wow, Crisp drives in the go-ahead run off Scherzer, Victor Martinez ties it back up with a HR that looked like maybe fan interference, but not clear enough to overturn, and Peralta doubles, no outs. Tigers just took a 5-4 lead.

I played baseball with the guy who asked the question that started that rant, that is all.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

Now the A's have 2nd and 3rd with no outs, if you're not watching this game and could, turn it on now.

They get nothing, I also think that was clear fan interference on the hr.

Epic squander by the A's. Great AB by Callaspo, though.

I think it was above the yellow line, though.
