Doesn't seem fair to the guy at all, but I suppose he knew what he was getting into.

Yeah, it was all Dale's fault. The only explanation I have is that Theo has his eye on a target like Girardi, or someone else, that is now or maybe never, so he made this move.
99% of all numbers only tell 33% of the story so when looking at the numbers remember that numbers is plural...
if we lose tue and can dusty on wed, we need to go after girardi on thursday.
there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

Now that Sveum is gone, I'm going to have to spend some time figuring out who the new "worst manager in baseball " is. Dale was pretty much in a class by himself.
If we offer to paay part of the Dddustballs' salary, ddo you think the CCcubbies would snap him up before 10/14 (my birthday)? That would be the best birthday present I could receive.

The Cubs struggles can't be pinned on Sveum..... but one has to hardly believe that he was much more than a interim guy... the guy put in to take all of the losses until the cubs could get a workable team for a top management name.... like Girardi.
Girardi seems to be the natural target and what he's been publicly saying seems to make it seem that he may be leaning in that direction as well.
Girardi is so overrated it's insane.

I disagree here. He worked wonders with a terrible Yankees team this year, and don't forget he was also very good with the Marlins before getting canned unfairly. Yes, the last few years he's worked with high payroll teams loaded with stars, but for the most part Torre received the best years of those players and Girardi was working with a very flawed team for most of his tenure.
