Who do RedsZoners prefer win this Texas/Tampa Bay tiedbreak game?
Not who you think WILL win. Rather, who you'd LIKE to win. If the same, great. If not, great too.
Me? I'm pulling for the Rays. Don't care much about either of these teams but something about the Rangers irks me even though they are one of the more sympathetic "can't win the big one" teams out there.
Really respect Maddon as a skipper and how the team gets a lot out of a smaller payroll in a thankless city in which to play.

I have a number of friends in the DFW area who used to live in WV and root for the Rangers and Reds. Also, I'd rather see a team with a fan base win.

I too am in the "something I just do not like about the Rangers" camp. With or without Nelson Cruz I do not care for them, but Cruz playing gives me more reason. The Giants proved they could do it last year w/out Melky and I respected their decision. The Rangers made the decision to play Cruz. Oh well... I would have rooted for the Rays anyhow lol.
I have loads more respect for the Rays, if I didn't have another agenda, I'd definitely be rooting for them, but I want nothing to do with the Red Sox having to play them, so I have to hold my nose and root for the Rangers. Oh, and I love Adrian Beltre.

Well really, not-Texas, just because I hate Matt Garza.
My brother-in-law is a big Rangers' fan. Give me the Rays please.
I will unapologetically say I became a Rays fan simply because up until last season the Rays making the playoffs guaranteed either the Red Sox or Yankees would be eliminated.
On a less cynical note, I think Maddon is a great manager and i really admire their ability to win as a small market team in a division of big spenders.

I knew Beltre was having a nice career. But after looking at his numbers, I would say he is having a Hall of Fame career. Or pretty close to it.
Rangers are my second team.
