- Reds win but not by a big margin
- RZ agrees that Cueto does a fine job
- Frazier has a good night
- a too-small group of RZers makes an on-scene toast to the Reds at PNC somewhat impacting the outcome we all want

Reds lose 2-1 or 2-0. We strand a lot of runners late 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th. Cueto gives up one and a reliever gives up another. No errors, but we only get four hits. The pirates get on the board early by a 2-run single and we sweat it out for 9 innings

Attended 1976 World Series in my Mother's Womb. Attended 1990 World Series Game 2 as a 13 year old. Want to take my son to a a World Series Game in Cincinnati in my lifetime.

Reds jump out early by a 3-0 margin. Pirates scratch their way back to within one after six. RedsZone comes within one base hit of vapor locking. Sam LeCure strikes out McCutchen with the bases clogged in scoring position. Reds play add-on late. 7-2. Chapman throws 106. Pittsburgh walks the plank.
And I will probably need another six-pack.

Cueto pitches an amazing game. Pirates crumble under the pressure of playing in their first playoff game in over 20 years. Liriano leaves the game early. REDS WIN BIG! 8-1. RZ posters that claim a one game playoff is a random roll of the dice will be saying "see... I told you so".

Chop, Bruce, and Votto all drive the ball up the left centerfield gap for doubles. This raises LH batting average against for Liriano up to.145. Reds win.
Reds by 3 today. Cueto pitches good, but not great. Bullpen is very good and the bats come out of hibernation. I look for the Reds to score 4 maybe 5 runs!!!
Redszone on the other hand, will go down in 1 of 2 ways.
Reds win- Those that predicted a loss will try to change their tune, but will be called out by those that predicted a win. WW3 will be averted and all will be right with the world...well...at least until the next fire Dusty post or next saber post....
Reds lose- WW3 will be on!!! Post demanding players be traded and managers be fired. Redszone will be locked down by midnite!!! Multiple posters being suspended and hundreds of infractions given out....drastic????

Most of the season I have felt very confident about the Reds post-season chances as long as they made the playoffs. The past week made me feel down enough that I voted in the poll that the Pirates would win today. My spirits are reviving enough to expect a win today for the Reds and then at least one more series win.
