Openly wondering: Minority managerial candidates, who are they?

While I think that EMAW was going down the wrong path in another thread, it did get me to thinking about minority managerial candidates and who they would be. Obviously, Dusty Baker is one (just not for us). I think someone may still give crazy Ozzie Guillen a look. Who are the others that could be out there?

Well Larkin's name has been thrown out there.
Ken Griffey Sr has obviously been working in the system for a while. I don't know if he is still looking to manage on the MLB stage or how his health is. Delino Deshields name has also been tossed out.

    Edit: I guess I didn't add much.

I suppose you could count Larkin or Morgan, though I don't consider them real options...

In keeping with the St. Louis East, Jose Oquendo?

I've heard Joe Morgan's name come up as a possible managerial candidate. But I don't know how serious that is because I never knew that he was actually interested in managing. I always thought he had long ago decided to go the broadcasting route instead; which disappointed me because I always felt he might be a great manager. Morgan was always considered one of the smartest guys in baseball (his Big Red Machine teammates freely acknowledge he was the smartest baseball guy on the roster). Now, however, I imagine that at his age it might be a little late to become a 1st time manager.
