What a weird way to lose a game for Boston.

    are you freakin kidding me
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Middlebrooks has to make a lot better effort to block that throw from the catcher anyway.

How is it interference if the fielder was inside the baseline?

Was surprised they didn't run for Molina. Put in a fast runner and the Cards score that run easily.

Looked like the correct call to me.

Funny, Holliday just said he was down below gets nervous watching. Sounds like some of us on the game threads.

Wow was that a terrible call. Craig could have run straight down the line rather than cutting back to the inside and trying to go over Middlebrooks.

Salty needed to pocket that one. The error was not on him but...
