Prettt surprised no MLB them gave him a shot. He had pretty good stats in AAA last year. You'd think someone would at least try him as a reliever.

A reliever with a fastball that tops out around 90 MPH with no Major League success at age 28..... yeah, I can see why no one came calling. Best of luck to him, hopefully he gets paid well over there. There is good money to be had if you can perform over there.
I'd be surprised if the Reds hadn't offered him the same role he had last season. Maybe he just sees the money to be had over there and is going for it.
