Well don't dig into what I say that deeply.

Of course there is a reason to talk Cardinals... I'm talking about that obsession that sprung from 2010. .

Actually, I've had a dislike for them for far longer than 2010. I quite remember being very upset for some reason in 1998 when I kept saying to people that a certain anointed one in the city with TBFIB was simply cheating. And then he was allowed to return to the city with TBFIB with no penalty whatsoever. So my dislike is much older than 3 years.

Again I'm not saying Redleg nation should be in love with the Cardinals or even not dislike them. There are hundreds of reasons to dislike them. I just happen to feel a bit different about how the brawl of 2010 morphed those dynamics into a hate obsession.

I'm probably in the minority here, so I'll slink back into my corner.

Funny thing though as Kozma got the benefit of the infield fly last year and now he is getting torched with errors in WS game 1.

I'm assuming it was just sunscreen, an overlooked and totally legal substance to use. When mixed with rosin it provides a better grip on the ball.

Seeing as the Cards haven't officially accused Lester of anything, it's a non issue. Lord knows if they could, they would.

The Cardinals probably didn't lodge a complaint because they do it too. I think this is probably pretty widespread. I wouldn't be surprised if Reds pitchers do it too.

They work on it for 1 hour each day during Spring training. You can really see by June at the latest exactly how much all of that hard work pays off.
