Removing Marshall's $12M for the next two years in addition to the $24M saved by moving BP for Uggla would certainly free up a lot of dinero. Wood isn't eligible for arbitration until 2016.
OK. Marshall's shoulder probably kills the deal. So what are the other possibilities? Or is Uggla a deal-breaker?
