Just think if they had used the no 1 pick on Noel last season and sign LeBron :

    PG: Kyrie Irving
    SG: Andrew Wiggins
    SF - LeBron James
    PF - Tristan Thompson
    C- Nerlens Noel
I'm not convinced they will take Wiggins.

Whoever they take should increase the chances for Irving staying put.

That was assuming they had taken Noel instead of Anthony Bennett. Noel was basically a draft and stash caliber player who wouldn't have helped the Cavs this year anyways but his upside would have been a lot higher.

I think Joel Embiid is very much in play. Jabari Parker is a possibility as he is more NBA ready compared to Wiggins and Embiid, but his ceiling isn't as high. I think it's Wiggins, Embiid, or a trade (Kevin Love).

It's why juries are made up of "peers", not attorneys.

The law is not that difficult to figure out (though you're pretty much out of luck if you have an IQ under 90, and could struggle with it if your IQ is under 100, but there's many attorneys with IQ's under 100, with the average attorney's IQ being bettered by only those in the Medical professions, Electrical Engineers and College Professors. But, again, if you have an IQ of 95 or better you should be able to figure out most issues regarding the law.).

Also, the FBI requires a degree in Law, Business or Accounting just to get in. Mark Cuban isn't going to hire one of the dumb ones.

Also, anyone with an IQ of 115 or higher can do any job that there is.
Proving once again the old adage that he who represents himself has a fool for a client. I've met people who go through life thinking this way . The "know- it- all." Eventually they find out the hard way that serious problems require competent specialists, not just someone with a high IQ or a degree.

Of course its possible that Kingspoint is the rare dude who (I suspect) without any training or experience can "figure out" the law and can "figure out if one can win a lawsuit or not". If that's the case, drop me a pm buddy, I can hook you up with folks who will pay you a lot of money for this talent. heck, I might even put you on retainer myself.

Why on earth would they cheat for a small market Cleveland when 3 marquee teams were in the lottery?

Dwyane Wade got a lot of calls in that 2006 title run, making it to the charity stripe an average of 18.3 times over the last four games of the series. Cuban was reportedly so livid following the Game 5 loss that he hired retired FBI agent Warren Flagg, a 20-year veteran of the bureau to look into the debacle. "Cuban asked me what he should do," Flagg said of the 2006 Finals. "I told him, ‘Sue and you’ll win your case,’ but he knew he’d be killing the Golden Goose." When asked about his discussions with Flagg, Cuban said: "I don’t remember."

Don't expect a writer who works for NBC sports to be unbiased....not if he wants to keep his job. The NBA Jersey Thugs have far-reaching grasps over the content of media that makes it to the public's ears and eyes. For example, the Trail Blazers #2 TV analyst was accosted in the Toronto airport, of all places, and told by two NBA thugs to stop criticizing officials or else there would be repercussions. That type of confrontation doesn't occur unless someone has something to hide.
Cuban denied this story on Twitter yesterday. FWIW.

In the 2006 semi finals against San Antonio, Dallas attacked the basket with impunity. When they tried it against Miami, Shaq and Haslam and Morning knocked them to the floor. They soon stopped attacking the basket. On the other hand, Wade attacked the basket, got knocked to the floor, smiled, sank his free throws, and continued to attack the basket.

Simple enough. Pay me Mark Cuban.

Right. The Lakers, Knicks, and Celtics were in the lottery. Why on earth would they rather have Cleveland win?

I can't really pinpoint it but Kingspoint and Mutaman having a bit of a go makes me laugh. I don't mean anything negative it just makes me chuckle.

Wow u must be a Heat fan with a clouded memory of how bad the officiating in that series was. Case in point: Wade shot as many free throws in Game 5 (25) as the Mavs had in the entire game. At one point the Heat had a 40-12 edge in that game. If you look at the tape of Wade's drive to the basket in the closing seconds not a single Maverick player touches him and Salvatore bails him out. ABC went to the replay trying to find an angle in which there was a foul and never found one. It is well known throughout the league that if a home team needs a win in the playoffs Salvatore is the man to give it to you. Many folks still speculate that the outcome of the series was payback for all of Cubans antics and bashing of the officials. I tend to agree which is why he stayed totally silent the next time the two teams played in 2011.
If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.

The yelp of a beaten cur. But I have to admit I never realized that "it was well known" and that "Many folks still speculate". Very persuasive.

Maybe if Nowitzki and the boys hadn't settled for lofting up 3 pointers they might have shot some free throws too. Those darn referees!

So Cleveland can basically develop a star player only to let him go to one of the marquee franchises when the rookie contract expires.

I'd be surprised if the Lakers and Celtics keep their picks.

Oklahoma City led 26-24 after the first quarter in San Antonio tonight. They were outscored 88-51 the rest of the way.... Durant was held to 15 points.
