Neal is actually a pretty good pickup for AAA depth

Showed very promising numbers in the minors with very little time in the majors. Very interesting pick up.

Reds signed OF Thomas Neal to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Neal revealed the news himself on Twitter. The 26-year-old outfielder got cups of coffee with the Yankees and Cubs last season but spent most of the year at Triple-A, batting .325/.391/.411 with two homers and two steals over 72 games. He'll represent depth in the minors.

    per rotoworld

Reds signed 2B John Tolisano to a minor league contract.
The 25-year-old was a second round selection of the Blue Jays in the 2007 draft, and had spent the first seven years of his minor league career in the Jays organization. He hit .243/.312/.392 with five homers, 31 RBI and three steals in 64 games at Double-A New Hampshire in 2013. He's nothing more than organizational depth at this point.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

MLB Draft: Tolisano picked in second round by Toronto, plans to sign

Tolisano was expected to be drafted anywhere between the start of the second and end of the fifth rounds. The 6-foot, 190-pound switch-hitter played shortstop at Estero, but projects as a second baseman or outfielder at the next level.

I love having Max Ramirez as the No.3 catcher. I bet he will be needed and will produce.
