Zim's great but you also have to tip your hat to Marvin in that area. He knows talent. From many accounts, the downswing during Marvin's tenure took place when Mikey tried to start meddling in personnel decisions again. The ideal scenario is Marvin gets bumped upstairs to GM or whatever title you want to give him and make Zim head coach. But I know that will not happen.
