    Re: Commodore 64 Owners

Still have mine, though I don't know if it works. I've been meaning to plug it in and see if I can remember how to Load "menu", 8, 1. Or was it load "*", 8, 1?

I had a ton of games, Paperboy, Winter Games, Summer Games, Pitstop, Baseball, Gauntlet, but my all-time favorites were Supercycle, California Games, and Street Sports Basketball. It had 3-on-3 basketball on a street court. I remember naming my 3 man team members Clyde Drexler, Jerome Kersey, and the 3-point gunner Kiki Vandeweghe.

Epyx was the king of computer games back then. Kind of stinks that they went belly-up and missed out on the transformation to cartridge style games in the '90s. I had these controllers made by Epyx too, and they kicked butt compared to the old Atari-style joysticks.

    It was LOAD "*" ,8,1

    RUN

And then wait 5 minutes on the load screen.
    Witty signature.

The C64 had a dedicated monitor called the 1902. But I have a recollection you could run it to a TV also

The lowest acceptable payroll amount for ownership to show they are not greedy pigs is 15 million more than they are currently paying. No matter what that currently is.
