Mine, '82 ford EXP. Same color as the ad. Stick shift, took my driver's test in it. Lost my virginity in it too. (Ouch, it was a 2 seater but I was a flexible 16 year old.)

Car was a $200 "As-is" special.
1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. 1200$ I worked at Hardees to pay for it. It was awful looking. Spray paint on it in places to fill in some spots.

Showoff.
Green '72 Nova.
Unfortunately it had sat in a field for a year before I started driving it, and the exhaust came up through the dashboard.
It was free.
It is on the whole probable that we continually dream, but that consciousness makes such a noise that we do not hear it. Carl Jung.
Technically it was a 1991 S-10 truck, but we sold it before I had a chance to drive it. The first car that was mine that I actually had a chance to drive was a 1982 Mustang.
Technically, it was the mid-70's chevy Vega I got in the 'rents divorce, but I never actually GOT the car....
First one I got to drive was a '75 Mercury Bobcat. Dang thing sounded like a lawnmower, had rusted out floorboards and was my first experience with that horrible, grinding clatter of a transmission detonating as you're driving down the highway.
First one I bought myself was an '82 Ford Escort. LOVED that car. I cried my heart out when a drunk totaled it as it was sitting in front of my apartment. Still love the old Escorts--I have one old enough to buy her own beer sitting in my driveway right now, still runs fantastic, still drives every day, and they'll pry her out of my hands when there's no way my fantastic mechanic can resurrect her any more. Which, sadly, might not be much longer. We're having issues finding even the most basic parts when she DOES need them anymore. even NOS warehouses are starting to laugh at us....

Whatever you do, do your best to not allow the struggles of life to interfere with the pleasures of living.
I feel bad breaking the VW streak here
The first car I drove was a 1989 Chevy Cavalier, the first car I thought of as mine and drove with a real license was a metallic blue 1994 Ford Escort, I miss that car, was at 240,000 miles and still going when we traded it, me and the Mrs both wish we had kept it.
Go Gators!
'62 Chevy Corvair. It leaked oil really bad so I put a quart in per week.
