    Fantastic quote from Poz...

Fame should mean nothing in the vote. The Hall presents fame, it doesn't celebrate it.

If we can get the Ouija board out then let every HOFer have a vote. I would love to see how the Babe would vote.

I've alluded to it before, but with minutes to go...I think Maddux beats Seaver's %.

Maddox,Glavine and Thomas make it in. Biggio just missed again. 74.8% of the vote. Just .2% away from the HOF. If Biggio can have a big year in 2014 he should be a shoo in next year.

Can't believe that Piazza continues not to make it. All time home run leader as a catcher.

Palmeiro will drop off the ballot. As will Sean Casey. Casey got 0.0% of the vote.

16 writers actually said no to Greg Maddux.

    It's laughable.

Other than the weirdo from the OP, some voters figured Maddux is getting in with or without their votes, so they used all 10 on guys who they consider worthy and need the votes more.

Did Jacque Jones steal Biggio's needed 0.2% of the vote?

I think only half of it. Who stole the other half?

Surprised Casey didn't glad-hand himself into one vote.
