Easily. Microfracture ankle surgery could affect every move Kemp makes. Bad legs = bad everything.

Well if it were me... I'd probably DFA Ludwick at worst, and try very hard to trade him all spring. I'd also go with 11 pitchers allowing for another bat.

Trade them prospects then. How much of the contract they pay correlates to the quality offered. Zero money equals Daryl Thompson (suspended and not even under the Reds control). 99% of the money nets them their selection of two of our top prospects and a couple fliers.
