Amir Garrett was the runaway 21st pick but a tie for the next spot between Mahle and Guillon. We'll do two picks again and see if there are 2 clear front runners this time.

Aristides Aquino and Gabriel Rosa.
I'm at a point on the list where I want to see big tools, even if the production hasn't shown up yet. Two 19-year-olds with multiple above-average tools? Sign me up.
Mahle's control and projectability run circles around Guillon.
I'm not a system player. I am a system.

I am curious about Cisco. At signing he was said to be exceptionally polished with a fastball in the range of 88-91. Since then he has had surgery, which did not appear to affect his command of the strike zone. If that velocity has held up, it seems to me that a fastball with movement or sink when combined with good command of a mid 70's curve and a sinking change, might still be enough to be a back end of the rotation starter.
Any comments from those who have seen him pitch recently?
RVH, sounds right to me.
Guillon. 7 walks per 9 Guillon?
