    FSO's Reds Spring TV Schedule

March 24th against Cleveland. That's it. That's the list. Only one game this year like last. There will be a nightly roundup of the springs activities starting March 3. The Indians will be televising two Reds/Indians games Feb 26-27.

In this day and age, that is just terrible. NO excuse, imo.

The 90's called and wants its baseball coverage back.

Does anyone know when they'll release the MLB TV spring training schedule?

Teams are still rolling out their individual coverage so they have to wait on all those. I would imagine most would be out after the next few days. You can look at the individual teams and figure it out since all the ones that have tv coverage anywhere should be available on mlb.tv

Holy moley. That's terrible. Simply terrible. Bad, bad marketing. Put them on TV a few times, get people's appetites whetted.

Wednesday, February 26 - 3:05 PM ET - vs. Cleveland - SportsTime Ohio
Thursday, February 27 - 3:05 PM ET - vs. Cleveland - SportsTime Ohio
Monday, March 17 - 4:05 PM ET - vs. Cleveland - SportsTime Ohio
Saturday, March 22 - 4:05 PM ET - vs. Chicago Cubs - WGN America
Monday, March 24 - 4:05 PM ET - vs. Cleveland - Fox Sports Ohio

This makes me think that the Reds can demand better.

I imagine the numbers dictate this decision. While the hardcore fan wants some ST baseball, and I listen to games at work to pass the time, it is hard to sit down and watch a ST game for me. I don't like Exhibition games.

Looks like the Brewers broadcasts will be available on Saturday, 3/15, and Thursday 3/27 for those who have the Fox Sports package on DirecTV. Fox Sports Wisconsin.

If there's no market for viewers, they aren't going to televise the games. Most fans could give a toss about Spring Training. I'll watch the games if they're on, but I find exhibition baseball to be pretty boring myself.

I know there is some expense broadcasting games, but between 4-7 everyday FSO shows a collection of monster trucks, poker, european golf, and assorted UFC programming. No one watches that either.

IŽll buy mlb.tv for the first time, does everyone know how many reds spring training games will be available to watch?

they only say that you can watch 200+ spring training games => there should be multiple reds games (if they donŽt show east coast teams only )

I'm waiting to find out, too. Last year, I'm pretty sure they only showed one spring training game. I remember seeing Votto homer off Yu Darvish.

They show all the spring games that are being televised by the local markets. I got quite a few Reds games that were televised by other teams. MLBTV is really good. You should like it.
