This is one strange thread... and I have no idea why it's 15 pages.
It's the crazy way of the world these days. Everything anyone does will offend somebody. Count on it. I probably just offended someone.....

And the rule about shirts that "fall past the fingertips"? Um, I'm SHORT. Try 4'11. I like mens shirts since I despise those ridiculous cutesy little bitty sleeves they put on women's shirts. So on average, ALL of my t-shirts are gonna fall past my fingertips... And if I tuck the dang things in, it makes my fanny look even bigger. Jus' sayin'.
Leave it to St Louis to put on ridiculous, highfalutin' airs... You're working class midwest, learn to live with it St Louis!
Lots of people excited about all the new beers. Me, I try to avoid drinking anything (water, soda, beer, etc.) so I don't have to go pee and miss the game.

There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.
This same exact thing happened about 4th Street Live here, also owned by Cordish Company, who seems to do the same things around each area.
I don't see a problem with it if you're trying to promote a certain atmosphere. It's just like going to Hooters - I guess some out of shape girl could try to sue them because of not getting hired, but they know what atmosphere they're trying to promote.
I don't think it's racist, because when I read this:
"The following is not permitted under our dress code after 9pm: sleeveless shirts on men, profanity on clothing, exposed undergarments on men, sweat pants, full sweat suits, excessively long shirts"
I think more of peopleofwalmart.com trailer trash than minorities. Then again, I'm naive. You know how long it took me to figure out why I would see a bunch of people in the 'bad' part of the city wearing Reds hats thinking 'wow baseball is really popular here, glad to see it' not realizing until I read something that the C in red is a sign of the blood of the Crips gang? Hank Hill moment for me there.
Either way, don't have a problem with looking decent to promote an atmosphere. The hat thing is goofy though, almost every baseball fan will wear a hat, that is ridiculous.
