He actually specifically said "commonly associated with black people" not "black people, and black people only."

    Reading is fun.

As multiple Deadspin commenters pointed out, you'll probably be able to get away with the classic Cardinals fan uniform of jorts and sandals with socks. -_-

It's a not so hide secret that most high end bars in any city try to keep the place as white as possible. I was bartender at a nice bar on the east coast, and certain nights, the manager would tell the bouncers that the place was getting "too dark."

All this is, is a more transparent attempt to do what most high end bars do all the time.

Color me racist since I would prefer not to see someone's underwear while my wife and myself spend $100 on a nice dinner

I can pretty much guarantee I would be harassed there while following the dress code.

I guess my question is why would they want to build a place with a bunch of $100 a dinner restaurants across from the ballpark?

They might update the list on the fly just to bounce you. "You're doing something we don't understand. Be gone!"

Is it not possible to have a nice dinner there?

And yes, I did nitpick. What race wears jerseys and overly long sleeves?

I don't know, I've never been to any of them since I'm not a drunk frat boy.

Honestly, I don't know, it doesn't seem like it just from surveying the crowds around them on gamedays.

Where did it say a bunch? And why would it be a bad idea to have a high end place that will have 40K people by it 81 times a year?
