Nice play to save a double down the line & makes a great throw -- but Upton can run (not much else though)
The older I get - the better I was

and yes - I hate the Cardinals (Reds fan since 1958)

    I miss Raisor

I am going to say 93% of MLB players are out on that Heyward throw. Dumb move to test the known cannon on a very short-medium depth. Joey might have done it on his own and perhaps Smith sent him. Anyhow... I agree w/ too many guys out at plate this season.

Infield hit and a sharp groundball hit past BP and now Atlanta has runners on the corners with one down.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Bailey not getting much luck here to start. Infield hit and a grounder just past BP.

If Homer keeps the ball on the ground...his luck WILL turn eventually.

~edit~ That wasn't on the ground though.

The way Santana has been pitching, three runs feels like 10.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

Literally threw one bad pitch. I don't know maybe I'm crazy but I don't think that alone will be enough to beat us tonight.

Why should the fans be an exception? It is for the players too.

Eh, Santana's good, but not this good. I like our chances against him.
