Skip Schumaker is starting a rehab assignment down at Louisville.

Schumaker should help the Reds. No power but the type who can get a single against a good pitcher. Crafty, good approach.

Will be interesting to see if the Reds' offense suddenly turns it on against the Cubs at GABP. In a way, this is a big series to see if the Reds can snap back from the series we all just sat through.

FWIW, it's clear (albeit overcast) 4 miles Northwest of GABP.
