Could have played two today under beautiful skies. Now will they even get one in? Reds have had almost as much trouble with rain at home (postponements, delays, etc.) the past two seasons as they have had with clutch hits. Heck, even the Fourth of July game was rained out last year.

Hitters who avoid outs are the funnest.

Last I heard is that he's on the 15-day DL and will return the first day eligible.

Would like to see Reds get off to a good start tonight. The Atlanta series was a bummer, then a rain out. Get out ahead here.

    Let's go Simon.

Did somebody eat a box of powdered donuts over Bonifacio's head just before the game?!?

Bonifacio took an ugly swing. He must be terrible.

Rizzo up. Strike one swinging on a slider. Then called strike two on a fastball. Simon has good stuff. Foul. Bounces one up, 1-2. Soft liner to Votto, nothing across, 11 pitches for Simon.
