    Is there something keeping Felix Perez from being called up to the Reds? At the very least, he could fill Bernardina's role, right?

    Or is he a 4-A player that will never see MLB?

    I don't get it either. They signed him for decent money, and he has had a couple of pretty good seasons, but he keeps getting past over for the Derrick Robinson's and Xavier Paul's of the world.
