Crap. If Devin catches that I think they had him.

With Arias and Lincecum up, Homer should have been able to get out of this without giving up a run.

Maybe moving Mesoraco to to LF isn't such a dumb idea.

"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Catcher's back handing a 300 foot ball is not typically made....would've been tight if he catches it clean

I was at the Dodgers-Reds game last week when Bailey pitched. He wasn't spotting the ball well (just like tonight), and was getting hit hard in the 5th and 6th innings.
Yeah, he won, but he was shaky off and on.

    Dumb?

When Craig Biggio enters the Hall of Fame do you think he'll say the Astros were dumb?

    Kind of doubt it.

If the Reds are going to matter at all this season, they're going to have to figure out how to win games like this. The pressure's on to show they can hang with the big boys.
