Brian O'Grady is not official, but from his twitter, it's all but a done deal. He has added to his bio "player in the Cincinnati Reds organization".

I've recreated the draft spreadsheet that I did last year. I think this format is able to provide much more information

Bud Selig: "I'm the worst commissioner ever"
    Rob Manfred: "Hold my beer"

JaxRed, if you don't mind, I'd like to add this to the stickied post here in this thread.

    http://www.signalscv.com/section/19/article/121338/

The only local draftee on Saturday without a COC connection was Valencia graduate Brennan Bernardino, who pitched for Cal State Dominguez Hills this past season. He went 785th overall in the 26th round to the Cincinnati Reds.

Bernardino graduated from Valencia in 2010 and went on to play two years at L.A. Mission College before transferring to CSU Dominguez Hills.

Since his time at Valencia, Bernardino said: “I learned the game. I put in a lot of hard work on my mechanics and I’ve known people along the way that have helped me out and helped teach me how to pitch.”

He was the second Valencia grad selected in this year’s draft, following Shane Zeile on Friday. At least one Valencia High product has been drafted every year since 2004.

Like many other young players drafted Saturday, decisions will soon have to be made whether to sign professional contracts or continue with their college careers.

Bernardino said he's already signed and headed to Arizona for Rookie League ball.

I've made following moves on spreadsheet: moved Mitch Trees to Likely to Sign, Robert Byckowski as unlikely to Sign, and Jake Paulson as Expected to Sign, Bo Tucker Unlileky to Sign
Bud Selig: "I'm the worst commissioner ever"
    Rob Manfred: "Hold my beer"

    One short stop?
(Referring to Jack Hannahan signing with a Korean team)
Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

Worse still - he's not even a SS.

I really hope the Reds make a big play for the best middle infielder on the international FA market. They have to do something to address the position weakness.

Most likely it'll be a trade.
