    Great recovery by Cingrani.

Inducing a double-play by Kemp is a Veteran move.

We've got a legitimate chance to win this thing now. Cingrani should get through the second inning easily, and get a couple of outs before facing their best hitters in the third inning,...getting through that one, too, without giving up a run.

    Now, let's get a lead.

Three ground-outs by the REDS to go 1-2-3 themselves in the first, after the Dodgers get two hits.

...Cingrani pitching carefully to Van Slyke, as he should...and he gives up the HR.

Next three guys up for the Dodgers batting, .143, .111, .130.

Forget the slider and change. Price doing the Latos Rehab...100 fastballs in a row and letting the chips fall.

Cingrani facing a AAA lineup outside of a few players. He needs to be in the BP ASAP, not getting it done. He has one pitch.

He strikes two of them out with the other meekly grounding out to SS (FC).

Van Slyke's the only one who has hit the ball hard off Cingrani so far.

He has an OPS of .940 this season. He hits the ball hard off everyone when he does connect.

Either that or AAA to work on the slider and change.

Cingrani only had one pitch last year and did just fine. I think it is more more an issue of location than it is what exact pitch he is throwing.

Almost all of his AB's have been against lefties. He can't get around a good righty fastball.

I'll take the over on the "on pace to hit eight this season".
