"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Really need to take 2 out of these 3.
"Strickland Propane... Taste the meat, not the heat." - Hank Hill
As a baseball fan I'm excited to see Polanco....hopefully he doesn't Starlin Castro the Reds.
Pirates OF Marte, Cutch and Polanco...... Insanely athletic
I like the pitching match ups. Just gotta execute.
Attended 1976 World Series in my Mother's Womb. Attended 1990 World Series Game 2 as a 13 year old. Want to take my son to a a World Series Game in Cincinnati in my lifetime.
I would love for Cueto to shut up the Bucs fans when they start up the "Cue-to, Cue-to" chant and just shut... them... down.
Pay attention to the open sky
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
Bailey CYA winner
Hamilton ROY & GG
If I remember correctly, McCutchen loves to hit off of Cueto. Need to be careful with him.
"Man, the pitch looks fast, even in slow motion." Thom Brennaman on Chapman's fastball.
Cueto day is to Reds' fans as Saturday is to the 9-to-5 working world.
"No matter how good you are, you're going to lose one-third of your games. No matter how bad you are you're going to win one-third of your games. It's the other third that makes the difference." ~Tommy Lasorda
Totally off-topic, but are there rules that dictate how far the foul ground has to extend beyond home plate? Example in that picture... If you drew a straight line perpendicular with the bottom of the grass just below the "P", you could carve out a nice little niche of prime ($$$) seating.
The lowest acceptable payroll amount for ownership to show they are not greedy pigs is 15 million more than they are currently paying. No matter what that currently is.
NO BUNTING --- certainly from Todd
The older I get - the better I was
and yes - I hate the Cardinals (Reds fan since 1958)
