I like the attempt to sort out umpiring mistakes with the replay system, but I hate the manager abuse of it with this coming out to chat while waiting on the bench coaches to review the replay before deciding to challenge.

I agree with you. Replay wasn't supposed to delay the game substantially, but this exploitation of the system by the managers is causing quite a bit of delay.
