Michael Morse is fine but frankly I'll take his great great great great grandfather any day.
Man, this game is flyin'.
Who's worse: official scorers or the replay umps? I'm torn.
This has the early signs of a complete game for Bumgarner.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
Maybe I should have said under 1.5 hours instead of 2.5...
Damn. I just looked up Bumgraner's career stats. This will end up being his fourth consecutive 200 inning season (he also threw 193 between AAA and SF in 2010), and he doesn't turn 25 until August.
That is some serious mileage.
There's a Jeff Brantley plaque in SF??
Didn't realize they had a HOF for eating chicken wings.
Looks like JB did have some good years in SF. Just surprised they gave him a plaque.

9 up, 9 down for Mr. Cueto on 29 pitches.
1 run might be all he needs, but it'll take a homer because God knows whoever winds up at first is gonna get picked off.
Couple of pitchers who are seriously ON tonight. Both guys making big league batters look bad tonight
